I brought my car in because I thought my a-c might need some work. Dan was friendly and efficient each time I talked with him on the phone. He called later in the day and said they tested the a-c temp in the morning and then in the heat of the day and that it was normal, so they did not need to do any kind of repair. He gave me some tips on how to cool the car down quicker when it was really hot - which are actually working. I appreciate that they didn't just do an a-c service regardless of whether I needed it or not. He said that if I noticed a big change in the near future to bring it in and they would apply the diagnostic fee to the repair. I felt they were trustworthy and competent - good news since I've been looking for a new repair shop since the one I had been going to for over 20 years sold their business.
